Bulk Order Discount

Q: Which products are entitled to the Bulk Order Discount?
A: Almost all items are entitled to our Bulk Order Discount, except items under promotion.

Q: Number of items purchased considered a bulk order?
A: For the purchase of an individual item of 3 or more are entitled to the discount.

Q: Amount of discount entitled for bulk purchases?
A: There is a range of discounts based on the number of items purchased.

  • 3-5 get 3% off
  • 6-10 get 5% off
  • 11-15 get 10% off
  • 16-20 get 15% off
  • Above 21 get 20% off

Orders & Shipping

Q: How much is the local delivery fee?
A: Delivery fee for orders below $100 will be charged based on the weight and the carrier you selected upon checkout, while orders $100 and above are entitled to free local delivery.

Q: Where do you ship from?
A: We ship directly from Singapore, ensuring fast and reliable delivery to local and international customers.

Q: What shipping carriers do you use?
A: We partner with trusted third-party carriers. Depending on your location, you may choose from available options at checkout.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: For Singapore, delivery usually takes 2–4 working days. International orders may take 7–21 days, depending on customs and the carrier.

Q: What if my package is lost or damaged?
A: All shipments are insured by the carrier. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. We will assist with the documentation needed.
